Mr. Washington has been my Erie home and car insurance agent for 24 years. He is very serious and responsible. Every time there is a problem with my house or my car, he immediately handles it. Last year, in 2017, there is leaking water from my toilet, and it leaked into the entire home. I was visiting a doctor abroad and could not return to the United States. He helped me find a constructor, helped me deodorize, dried, and helped me rebuild my house. During the six months, my house was rebuilt, he visited my home many times and was very concerned about the reconstruction of my house. I am very grateful for the help and service he gave me. I believe he will continue to provide his perfect service to all his Erie insurance clients. I wish he has a successful career in Erie. Also, Erie insurance is a very good company.
